Rosie Clarke, a former Iona standout representing Great Britain, won the fastest section of the women's 3,000-meter steeplechase in a personal-best 9:36.75, No. 13 in the world this year, at the Payton Jordan Invitational at Stanford University's Cobb Track and Angell Field.
