Stanford Men's All-Time Records

Stanford, Calif.- The Cardinal are set to host one of the premier track meets in the nation this Sunday, May 4, when the host the Payton Jordan Cardinal Invitational. The meet will take place for the 13th straight year and has become known for producing some of the top times in the world in the distance events each year.

DISTANCE CARNIVAL
The Payton Jordan Cardinal Invitational is highlighted by the distance carnival, which will feature many of the top distance runners in the country as well as athletes from around the world.

OLYMPIC TRIALS STANDARDS
The top heats of all the distance races (800 meters - 10,000 meters) all include athletes looking to earn the Olympic Trials `A' Standard. An `A' Standard would automatically qualify that athlete to the Olympic Trials.
